GRILLED TALIPIA

1/3 C. EVOO 1 T. LEMON JUICE 1 MINCED GARLIC POD 1 T. BASIL 1 t. PEPPER 1/2 t. SALT 1 # TALIPIA Mix all the above. Put fish in plastic sealing bag and pour marinade over. Squeeze out the air and marinade in the frig for at least one hour. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Check tomorrow for the salsa to serve with this.
