- 1 # BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS-CUBED
- 1/4 C. CHOPPED ONION
- 1/4 t. ground cumin
- 1 T. Butter
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 T. sur cream
- 4 flour tortillas warmed
- 1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 c. salsa
In a large skillet, cook chicken, onion, and cumin in butter until chicken is done
Reduce heat to low.
Add pecans & sour cream, cook & stir unti heated through.
Spoon 1/2 c. down the center of the tortilla, layer with cheese, salsa & lettuce if desired.
