FRIDAY NIGHT-PIZZA NIGHT!

For all of my children's growing up years, Friday night was pizza night. WAY BACK then, I was working full time, so we called and ordered our pizzas. I prefer making my own pizzas now and it is SO easy! Still a quick Friday night meal.

I started with these ingridents.
A Prepared Pizza Crust which I lightly brushed with EVOO (Olive Oil)
Itailian Sausage - about 1/4 # that I browned in a little EVOO
Peppers (red,yellow,green) &Onion that I diced and sauted until tender in the same pan as the sausage was browned in
Some like their veggies crispy & if you do - don't saute
Brush your crust with the pizza sauce (found on your grocery shelf)
Add Mozzarella Cheese Covering the Pizza
Add your topping I started with the sausage & pepperoni
Added the sauted veggies
Added sliced olives & jalapenos
Add another light layer of cheese

Cook in oven that you preheated to 450 deg & cut back to 425 when you put the pizza in the oven I put my pizza directly on the rack--this makes for a very crisp crust.

You can put whatever toppings you want----or LIKE----

WHY WOULD YOU EVER BUY A PIZZA when you can have it just like it?????
