LIFE MANAGER

When I was a young mother, wife & had a career, life was STRESSFUL! To keep myself organized and try to make things a little easier---I planned my meals for a week at a time and made one trip to the grocery store. In an effort to help all of you STRESSED out people, I am going to give you a sample of the menus I planned using the recipes I have posted to date. I will give you the plan and the grocery list. Remember to check for items that you might have on hand and add your other basic breakfast, lunch & snack items & breads you prefer to go with your meals. I am hoping this will give you a sample of my "Life Management Skills" that I would love to market some day!

Day 1- Grilled Chicken (Cook all 6-8 breasts depending upon family size) as we will use them in the days to come) I prefer free range chicken but know it is expensive so plan old chicken breasts will do just put a little tenderizer on them & season to taste when you grill.
Sonja's Potatoes (Feb 17th)
Ginger or Dill/ Maple Carrots (Feb 15th)

Day 2- Gumbo Style Chicken Creole (Feb 8th)

Day 3-Chicken, Asparagus & Pecan Pasta (Feb 25th)
