ORZO


The secret to good orzo---WHAT YOU COOK IT IN!


Tonight I used french onion soup---2 cans and 2 cans of water


I put about 3 c. orzo in it and let it cook until the liquid was absorbed----DELICIOUS


I sometimes use chicken stock and saute onion and pepper before hand to add to the orzo while it is cooking.


A GREAT alternative to rice and potatoes.
