- 1 1/2 rolls ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken (I use the lemon pepper deli chickens)
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream

RITZY CHICKEN
Ihad a busy day at church yesterday with greeting, meeting & worshipping---SO no cooking. Instead I will give you the recipe for one of my favorite casseroles & one that is GREAT to take to a friend.
